Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Normos.io platform. By accessing or using Normos.io, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Normos.io ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Normos Technologies Ltd (trading as Normos.io), Company No. 17245340.

2. Description of Service

Normos.io is a forensic compliance evidence platform that: - Connects to your technical systems (e.g. GitHub) via OAuth - Runs automated security and compliance checks ("Sleuth Agents") - Generates findings and evidence packages for audit purposes - Provides a token-gated portal for your auditors The Platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product.

3. Phase 1 Pilot Programme

Access to Normos.io is currently by invitation only as part of our Phase 1 Pilot Programme. Pilot access is provided free of charge in exchange for product feedback. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate pilot access at any time. Pilot participants will receive reasonable notice before any termination.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for: - Maintaining the security of your account credentials - Enabling and maintaining multi-factor authentication (required) - All activity that occurs under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform - Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Platform - Use the Platform to scan systems you do not own or have permission to scan - Transmit malware, viruses or other malicious code - Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure - Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Platform. By connecting your systems, you grant us a limited licence to access and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never sell your data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including the Sleuth Engine, detection algorithms, and user interface, are owned by Normos Technologies Ltd (trading as Normos.io). These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Platform as described herein. "Normos", "Normos.io", "Sleuth Fleet", and associated logos are trademarks of Normos Technologies Ltd.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: - The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free - Security findings are complete or will identify all vulnerabilities - The Platform will meet your specific compliance requirements Normos.io findings are advisory in nature. You remain solely responsible for your own compliance posture and security decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORMOS TECHNOLOGIES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. During the Phase 1 Pilot Programme where no fees are charged, our total liability shall not exceed £100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Normos Technologies Ltd from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from: - Your use of the Platform - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third party rights - Any data you provide to the Platform

11. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Platform at any time. Upon termination: - Your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately - Your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy - These Terms will survive termination to the extent necessary

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
